TNZPV was founded in Arles, France, in 2010 and is structured around two core businesses: IP and executive productions.
From the outset, the studio’s founders, Thomas Giusiano, Mathieu Rey and Marc Rius, have focused on the development of high-performance technical tools and, in particular, a solid production pipeline, enabling them to be as competitive as they are reactive when it comes to project production. The studio continues to develop its tools in order to prioritize technical performance in the service of artistic quality. This strategic choice (technological watch, embracing innovative software, development of a constantly evolving custom in-house pipeline, etc.) enables TNZPV’s artist-technicians to devote their skills and time to producing images capable of convincing and winning the loyalty of large-scale partners.
Since its creation, TNZPV has grown steadily. Today, TNZPV is the largest animation studio in the Southern Region of France. It enjoys a high level of recognition from institutions and partners alike. In 2020, a further step was taken with the creation of TNZPV in Annecy, a company based in the home of the famous international animation festival. TNZPV Annecy extends the identity of TNZPV Arles and enables technical and human skills to be pooled according to project requirements. TNZPV Annecy “naturally” and progressively follows the growth of TNZPV Arles. The two companies mutually enrich each other’s know-how. TNZPV’s growth is thus structured around two regional territories.
TNZPV Productions’ goal is to develop original projects based on a diversity of technical and aesthetic approaches. By extension, this enables TNZPV Studio to develop tools that explore the challenges of “the language of storytelling for animation”. The projects currently in development and production are increasingly ambitious, opening up a fertile field for artistic exploration.
TNZPV Productions has four feature films in the works, a short film, two TV Specials and, soon, a series. One of our catalog shorts, “Pachyderme” by Stéphanie Clément, has been shortlisted for the Oscars 2024.
